the first place you can find him is in the middle room where you first arrive
just inspect the big machinery there and badsmella will pop out
the second place you can find him is in the room to the right, shes a sign post of some sort
the third pace you can find here is in the room to the left, just check each corner of that room and you will find her
and the last place you can find him is by the middle room by the stage
